A course for OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)

It looks like L.A. is getting into the security field and that is awesome!  I would like to see a course setup to pass the OSCP 24 hour certification test.  I know you have to purchase Offensive Security's bundle to even take the test (and that includes video's and PDF files) but I believe L.A. would be an even better place to supplement OSCP's material.

The OSCP includes an entire course though.  In order to be comprehensive, you'd basically have to copy their course.

The same can be said for any company which offers a certification course for their product.  Does LA copy the entire Red Hat Course from Red Hat for RHCE?  Does LA copy the entire Microsoft course from Microsoft for the cloud certifications?

The big advantage here is that you get a jump start on the OSCP.  You only get 30 or 60 or 90 days (depending on what you pay for) to have access to the practice servers on Offensive Security's network.  Also, you have to take the OSCP test within 90 days of completion of the OSCP course.  That is not a lot of time, especially if you are working 14-16 hour days.

This is an awesome idea. However, we'll need a lab with multiple machines with different vulnerabilities. I am not sure if LA is planning on a pentest lab or they will need to provide the VM images of the machines. Anyway, this is a great idea. I found an OSCP course on another vendor's website (not Offensive Security) and their membership prices are insanely expensive. I feel like LA will attract a lot of folks.
